Job Objective

Objective of this job is to be an experienced Technical Lead (Lead full-stack PHP developer) for a product company; Working with a US team and individually contributing to the development of the product. Core Responsibilities & Requirement:
• Expert in PHP/MySQL and MVC frameworks
• Developing Applications using Core PHP, Codeigniter, Laravel, NodeJS
• Developing PHP Web applications with focus on building REST APIs ,web applications.
• Strong experience in any RDBMS, MySQL, NoSQL(Cassandra/MongoDB) ), Postgres, MariaDB
• Strong experience of configuration, version and revision, SVN/CVS / GIT, Devops, control practices and procedures.
• Strong experience of data structures/DB schema/ troubling shooting & optimization of DB

Education & Experience

Essential Criteria

BE / B. Tech or

PG in IT / CS or equivalent Experience
• Minimum 7+ years’ work experience
• 4+ years of experience in Zend/Laravel Framework

Desirable Skills
• Working experience in the hospitality domain, exclusively on Property management systems.
• Any certification in Zend/Laminas frameworks.
• Candidates should be self-driven and capable of generating PoC (Proof of concepts) directly.
• Strong knowledge of PHP language, updated to version 8.x

Strong knowledge of MVC based framework especially Laminas (Zend), Laravel or Symphony

Expertise in writing unit tests

Experienced in working on a very complex legacy code base (with 50+ modules) such as ERP system

Good understanding of code quality and capability to make right programming decisions

Good English communication skills (verbal as well as written)

Experienced in working with US/Europe/Australia based clients with direct verbal and written communication with non-Asian team mates/managers.
