Your job? Edit 1-2 videos per month in the 15-25 minute range, crafting compelling NYC, travel, and lifestyle content that's incredibly informative and wastes no time.

You'll need to balance beautiful visuals with strategic editing techniques to maximize information delivery and viewer engagement.

Here's what you'll be working on Editing engaging NYC, travel, and lifestyle content Incorporating efficient storytelling, motion graphics, and retention tactics Working with voiceover, b-roll, and music Applying color grading and sound design techniques Collaborating with Jon and his creative team Meeting deadlines consistently for 1-2 videos monthly

The ideal candidate will: Have experience editing YouTube content (especially in travel or lifestyle niches) Demonstrate strong storytelling skills with an emphasis on efficiency and information delivery Be able to edit with retention and watch-time in mind Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Have motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects Maintain reliable communication and meet deadlines consistently Show color grading and sound design skills Have experience collaborating with YouTube creators or channels
