Shopify E-Commerce & CRO Specialist (Fashion Brand Focus)

Anne Mulaire is a Métis-owned, sustainable fashion brand based in Canada. We create high-quality, ethically made pieces rooted in heritage and modern design. We’re looking for a Shopify expert to help us improve our website's customer experience, optimize for conversion, and elevate the brand’s digital presence to compete with top fashion labels.

Your Mission:
Improve our conversion rate from 1.5% to 2.5% by enhancing user experience, site performance, and storytelling across our Shopify store.

What You’ll Do (as needed):

Optimize homepage, product & collection pages
Build custom landing pages for campaigns & events
Improve mobile layout & site performance
Run CRO experiments (heatmaps, A/B tests)
Apply SEO best practices and content structure
Light custom coding (HTML/Liquid/CSS/JS as needed)
Support app integrations and email funnels (Klaviyo)
Must-Haves:
Shopify expertise with fashion or lifestyle brand experience
Strong eye for design, flow, and digital storytelling
Creative and analytical mindset
Able to prioritize and execute autonomously

Nice-to-Have:

Shopify Plus experience
UX audit/reporting skills
Experience with subscriptions or international eComm
