Accurate Financial Reporting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and SOPs for all financial processes.
• Collaborate with the Advertising and Brand Management teams to ensure financial KPIs are met.
• Manage software subscriptions, contractor payments, and internal reimbursements with clear documentation.
Requirements
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally in a marketing, SaaS, or eCommerce agency.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (or similar platforms) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central financial structure is a major plus (PPC, reimbursements, inventory reconciliation).
