We’re hiring a 100% remote Platform Engineer based in India, with deep expertise in Golang , Kubernetes Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) , Custom Controllers , and Operators .

About the Role:
This is a hybrid Platform Engineering + DevOps (heavy on development) role. You’ll split your time between building core product infrastructure and maintaining a high-availability platform. Ideal for a Golang engineer who loves working across Linux, containers, Kubernetes, networking, security, AWS, Postgres, and other cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and improve our next-generation SaaS platform
• Develop server-side features in Golang
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ship high-quality features
• Ensure the platform remains scalable and developer-friendly as we grow
• Lead operational excellence: SLOs, on-call rotations, blameless postmortems
• Help manage infrastructure, cloud costs, and scaling challenges
• Orchestrate resources across AWS and other cloud providers
What We’re Looking For:
• Deep experience in AWS (certified Associate level or higher preferred)
• Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE best practices, CNCF ecosystem , and AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Expertise with distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience building Kubernetes controllers/operators with Golang
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes core systems and APIs
Required Skills:
• 2+ years’ experience developing scalable apps in Golang
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator ( CKA ) or equivalent hands-on expertise
• Experience with observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, Jaeger, or Datadog
• Skilled in infrastructure-as-code: Crossplane, Terraform, or CloudFormation
• Experience supporting modern CI/CD workflows: Trunk-Based Development, GitOps, canary deployments
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Strong English communication skills (business level)
