Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Fashion Designer with 3-4 years of experience in garment construction and fit. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality designs that meet the brand's vision and customers' needs. Key Responsibilities: • Create technical design packs, including detailed sketches, measurements, grading, and construction instructions for production teams. • Conduct fit sessions, provide recommendations for fit corrections, and ensure garments meet desired aesthetic and functional standards. • Collaborate with patternmakers to ensure patterns align with technical specifications and brand fit guidelines. • Work with sourcing teams to choose appropriate fabrics and trims that align with the brand's aesthetic and performance needs. • Analyse pre-production and production samples, ensuring they meet quality and design expectations. • Stay updated on the latest garment construction techniques, fit technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance product quality. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field. • 3-4 years of experience as a technical designer, with a strong background in garment construction and fit. • Technical skills include proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or Optitex), knowledge of patternmaking and grading techniques, expertise in garment construction methods and materials. • Meticulous approach to fit, measurements, and garment specifications. • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in garment development and production. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical details effectively.

Ganvesh The Lap Of Luxury Bespoke Couture For Menswear is seeking a highly skilled Custom Menswear Designer to join our team. We are looking for an individual who specializes in designing and crafting high-quality, bespoke menswear tailored to the client's exact measurements, preferences, and style.
The ideal candidate will have excellent client-facing skills, a strong understanding of bespoke tailoring methods, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their style preferences, specific needs, and occasion requirements.
• Design Development: Create sketches and detailed designs based on client input, develop patterns and technical specifications for bespoke garments, and stay current with trends to incorporate modern yet timeless design elements.
• Fabric & Material Selection: Source and recommend high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for bespoke menswear, maintain relationships with premium textile suppliers and mills.
• Production Oversight: Work closely with tailors, cutters, and seamstresses to ensure accurate interpretation of designs, oversee garment fittings and make necessary adjustments for flawless final products.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Fashion Design, Tailoring, or related field.
• Proven experience in bespoke menswear design or tailoring.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and pattern making.
• Excellent hand-drawing and digital sketching skills (Adobe Illustrator, CAD, etc.).
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering a perfect fit and finish.
