Job description
About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Design assistance:
1. Collaborate with the lead designer during client consultations
2. Take notes on client preferences, suggest design ideas based on body type and occasion, and create basic sketches and mood boards
3. Actively assist in developing collections for the store
B. Production coordination:
1. Track the progress of client orders by maintaining production checklists
2. Attend fittings to assist in taking measurements and taking important notes
3. Ensure timely communication between tailors, embroiderers, and boutique management
C. Material sourcing and management:
1. Visit local markets and vendors to source fabrics, trims, and embellishments
2. Build a material archive (swatches and samples) for future projects
3. Help maintain real-time inventory records
D. Creative social media support:
1. Plan and shoot reels and posts
2. Help craft engaging captions and assist in editing reels/stories that reflect Beyou's brand voice
E. Boutique administration:
1. Help in daily operational tasks such as order filing, creating invoices, and preparing delivery notes
2. Assist with boutique upkeep for client-ready presentation
F. Customer relations:
1. Greet walk-in clients warmly
2. Follow up with customers on fittings or order updates
3. Learn to handle customer feedback and support the boutique in creating a delightful shopping experience
This internship is not just about design. It's a hands-on experience across the boutique ecosystem ideal for someone who wants to understand how fashion ideas become real outfits and brands grow from the ground up.

Stipend:
INR ₹ 8,000 - 15,000 /month

5. Willing to multitask across design, production, social media, and customer service activities.
6. Creative, organized, and enthusiastic about learning a boutique business end-to-end.
7. Familiarity with Canva, Instagram Reels, or basic design tools will be an added advantage.
