Interior Designer Professional - High-End Residential Projects

As a diligent Sr. Consultant - Interior Designer, you will be responsible for space planning, architecture and construction drawings, interior design, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to meet clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Owning the Sales funnel & driving Sales Closure
• Ensuring Customer Experience during a project
• Leading quality & accuracy of design deliverables
• Holding design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
• Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
• Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
• Creating BoQ for customers
• Managing all project deliverables while ensuring timelines are met
• Overseeing technical aspects of projects
• Utilizing design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering or Revit)
• Interacting with potential clients and presenting customized interior layouts
Qualifications:
• A minimum 2 years of experience in a modular kitchen company
• 2-3 years of experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design
• Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and SketchUp
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
