Job Title: Mechanical Lab Technician

Job Timings: +:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years

Qualification:
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• ITI in Mechanical Engineering

Industry Targeted: Mechanical/Testing Field

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain Tensai Testing Machines, Rockwell Hardness Machines, and Bursting Testing Machines.
• Conduct tests and generate accurate results as per NABL standards.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory terms, conditions, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of test results and processes.
• Perform equipment calibration and ensure proper maintenance of lab machinery.
• Assist in audits and maintain adherence to NABL accreditation standards.

Key Requirements:
• Mandatory experience in a NABL-certified lab.
• Proficiency in using Tensai Testing Machines, Rockwell Hardness Machines, and Bursting Testing Machines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory terms, conditions, and operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
