Location: Young Monk Hostels, Village Bhalagram, Post Office Tandi, Jibhi, Tehsil Banjar Kullu, Himachal Pradesh 175123

Position Overview :

We're seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Intern to join our dynamic team for a 3-month internship. This hands-on role provides valuable experience in hospitality operations while contributing to our guests' memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities :
• Manage the check-in and check-out process for international and domestic travelers
• Complete and file C-forms and other required documentation for guest registration
• Maintain accurate guest registers and booking records
• Communicate with housekeeping department to ensure room readiness and cleanliness
• Track staff timing and attendance
• Assist with inventory management of supplies and amenities
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide local recommendations
• Support overall front desk operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications :
• Currently pursuing or recently completed education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in travel, backpacking culture, and intercultural exchangePrevious hospitality experience is a plus but not required
