Position: Event Planner- Luxury & High-Profile Clients
We are seeking an experienced, highly creative, and detail-oriented Event & Wedding Planner to manage bespoke events and weddings for elite clients. The ideal candidate will bring a sophisticated aesthetic, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to execute high-profile events flawlessly, from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end luxury weddings, private events, and high-end corporate functions.
• Manage all event elements including venue selection, vendor negotiation, design, entertainment, hospitality, security, and logistics.
• Collaborate closely with high-profile clients to understand and deliver on their vision with discretion and professionalism.
• Create and manage timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
• Source and liaise with premium vendors: designers, decorators, catering, AV, artists, etc.
• Oversee on-site event setup, rehearsals, and execution with precision.
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and health standards throughout the event.
• Maintain post-event reports, client feedback, and vendor reconciliations.
Required
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury wedding or event planning.
• Proven portfolio of premium events and high-profile client management.
• Strong aesthetic sense and up-to-date knowledge of global trends in luxury weddings/events.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible to travel across locations for destination weddings/events.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Network of top-tier vendors and service providers across India and/or globally.
