Sales Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a knack for promoting products and providing exceptional shopping experiences.

Duties
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately
- Handle cash transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to effectively sell and promote products
- Strong communication skills in English
- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
- Ability to upsell products to customers
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills

Pay: From $17.40 per hour
