Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• UI Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS and Android), aligning with brand identity and user expectations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Mobile Architects and Developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs and seamless integration with platform capabilities.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design strategies and refine solutions based on feedback and behavioral insights.
• Design System Development: Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, including style guides, UI components, and reusable design patterns for scalable and consistent experiences across platforms.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform guidelines to drive innovation in mobile design practices.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Proven expertise in UI/UX design principles with mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• A strong, visual portfolio demonstrating excellence in mobile app UI design, showcasing both aesthetic strength and user-centric functionality.
• Proficient in building wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Experienced in conducting and analyzing user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design processes.
• Strong understanding of mobile design standards, including Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.
Certifications:
• UI/UX Design Certification from recognized platforms (e.g., Google UX Design, Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation).
• Additional certifications in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, or related disciplines are a plus
