Senior Fashion Designer

Design & Concept Development
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, and color palettes to create innovative designs.
• Develop seasonal collections in line with the brand’s identity and customer preferences.
• Sketch and illustrate new designs using hand sketches or digital tools (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.).

Fabric & Material Selection
• Source fabrics, embellishments, and trims to complement design concepts.
• Ensure quality control in fabric selection, printing, and embroidery techniques.

Sampling & Production Coordination
• Work closely with merchandisers and production teams to develop samples and prototypes.
• Ensure seamless communication with tailors, artisans, and manufacturers for accurate execution.

Market & Trend Analysis
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor collections, and customer preferences.
• Incorporate feedback from sales and marketing teams to refine designs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
