Apparel Designer

Key Responsibilities
• Use AI-powered tools and trend platforms to create seasonal design concepts, mood boards, and storytelling.
• Develop end-to-end range plans including silhouettes, fabric suggestions, colorways, and prints across categories.
• Design and present CADs, flats, and visual mockups for internal review and brand decks.
• Conduct ongoing trend and market research to align designs with consumer preferences.
• Translate client or internal briefs into well-articulated brand concepts and collections.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, product, customer success) to align design intent with timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and digital libraries of all design work.

Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, colors, youth/streetwear culture, and Indian market sensibilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital sketching tools.
• Interest or experience in using AI tools like Midjourney, Dall-E, Fashwell, or similar for ideation.
• Ability to create cohesive collections with a strong sense of brand identity and consumer relevance.
• A self-starter with creativity, accountability, and time management skills.
