The person:

1. Needs to be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali

2. Has good knowledge of how to research, surf the net, communicate to potential vendors, suppliers

3. Knows excel, and basic computer skills

4. Someone who takes initiative as there is Sales incentive too

5. Excited about new work, is curious to learn

6. Helps is social media, site visits, and supervising when needed
