A neighbourhood institution, the Allawah Hotel is a classic example of interwar architecture with soaring arches and a massive terrace. Known for quality pub food and friendly staff, it’s the perfect spot to catch live sport, have a mid-week feed or host a function or private event.

The Role

We are on the lookout for a full-time Chefthat thrives in a busy pub environment. If you are looking for your next challenge and can bring the following skills:

Experience in Pubs, Bistros or Restaurants
Has experience on either the grill or wok
Can manage a section and have a passion for producing good food
Good organisation and communication
