React Developer || 5 to 8 years

we are hiring for React Developer for one of the MNC company with Innova.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled React Developer with a solid understanding of frontend development and exposure to backend technologies in Java. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in React (70%) and basic to intermediate proficiency in Java (30%), along with the ability to work in a hybrid model from Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using React.js

• Collaborate with backend developers and integrate RESTful APIs

• Contribute to design discussions and code reviews

• Write clean, reusable, and scalable code

• Support minor backend development and troubleshooting in Java

• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of overall software development experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Exposure to Java (Spring Boot or Core Java preferred)

• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices

• Experience with version control systems like Git

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Work Mode: Hybrid (1 day at client office, 2 days at Cognizant office in Pune; remaining days WFH)
