Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of roads, drainage, water, and electricity supply within a township.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in land parceling and layout planning for townships, plotting schemes, or housing colonies.
• Work on feasibility studies, considering topography, soil conditions, and government regulations for land development projects.
• Prepare detailed master plans in coordination with architects and urban planners.
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in estate/township development, land development, plotted schemes, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software.
• Strong knowledge of urban development norms, municipal regulations, construction methodologies, material specifications, and structural designs.
