Governance and Reporting Officer

Our Governance and Reporting Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the Strategy & Architecture Unit operational functions.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provision of secretariat services for ITB's Solution Advisory Group (SAG) and ICT Architecture Board, including liaising with key stakeholders in relation to the preparation of Group and Board papers and the coordination and management of Group and Board meetings and minutes.
- Coordination of the department's response for formal review and feedback of Queensland Government Chief Information Office (QGCIO) consultation papers.
- Administration of the Miro and Promapp software licenses for TMR. Reconcile and coordinate quarterly invoice payments, extensions/variations paperwork and maintain appropriate records.
- Administration of the Sharepoint sites for teams in the Customer & Business Solutions Unit.
