Head- Jewellery Designing Department

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for the Head of the Jewellery Designing Department. The Head of the Jewellery Designing Department will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of jewellery design, leading and training the design team, ensuring high-quality polishing and finishing of jewellery pieces, and creating innovative fashion jewelry designs. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to clients and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
• Expertise in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry
• Strong skills in Polishing and finishing jewellery pieces
• Experience in training and leading a design team
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Jewelry Design or related field
• Proficiency in design software and tool
