This is a full-time Recruiter role based in Jaipur at Logicspice Consultancy Private Ltd. The Recruiter will be responsible for screening, sourcing, and interviewing candidates for software development positions. They will also collaborate with other team members to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The role involves recruitment of human resources, managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overall human resources management for the company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience using applicant tracking systems
