Research Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Equity Research Analyst to analyze companies across various market caps, track sector performance, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, expertise in Excel, and the ability to present findings clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Analysis: Maintain financial models and Excel worksheets for companies across market caps, tracking key metrics such as revenue, earnings, and valuation.

· Company Analysis: Review annual reports, earnings calls, and public information to assess financial health, growth prospects, and market position.

· Sectoral Research: Conduct sector-specific research, track trends, and prepare presentations to communicate insights on industry performance.

· Post-Results Updates: Attend analyst calls and earnings calls, providing updates and adjusting financial models based on new information.

· Collaboration: Work with senior analysts and teams to support investment decision-making and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Requirements:

· CFA Level 2 cleared

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

· 1 to 3 years of experience in equity research or financial analysis.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

· Knowledge of financial databases preferred.
