Job Description:
We are looking to employ a qualified and competent O&M engineer who will be in a supervisory role and responsible for the timely coordination with all stakeholders and execution of maintenance activities of the solar plants.

Qualification:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
Experience:
Relevant experience of 2+ years

Responsibilities:
• Daily monitoring and inspection of the solar plants.
• Coordinate with O&M & OEM vendors for regular maintenance as per the schedule.
• Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans.
• Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Visit sites for inspection, repair, maintenance, and modifications as and when required.
• Perform electrical and mechanical component inspections, testing, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and share timely reports of generation, site visits, incidents, and RCA.
• Responds to emergency callouts

• Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
