We are looking for a talented Senior Architect to join our team at Max Healthcare. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural designs and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise calculations, prepare material requisitions, service requisitions, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs, providing input for drawings during all phases of the project.
• Check and review drawings prepared by designers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in developing basic layout drawings and creating perspectives and presentations of designs.
• Manage support functions, including tracking, reporting, and internal communication of mock-up and material approvals.
• Review BOQs, specifications, and drawings issued by consultants to confirm compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering procedures and design guides.
• Familiarity with regulatory Indian and International codes and standards, industry practices, and design criteria pertinent to architectural engineering design.

Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in healthcare or hotel or elite housing projects.
• Exposure to design office practices and familiarity with computer-aided design and 3D modeling tools like Revit.
• Knowledge of latest trends in architectural engineering, principles, and practices of related technical areas.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
