The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with a proven track record of sales closures and leadership in client-facing design meetings. They will be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools for design presentations and have excellent communication and presentation skills. The successful candidate will also possess strong problem-solving abilities, a consultative approach, and the ability to handle objections and convert design proposals into successful sales closures.
