About The Role
Foreman / Site Manager required to deliver a high-end $3m new build project in Collaroy.
Will manage the build from excavation stage through to completion.
Salary between $120,000 to $140,000 plus super.
Duties
Site management of trades.
Quality assurance.
Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
Scheduling trades.
Ordering materials.
Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
Site progress reports.
Site inductions and toolbox talks.
WH&S.
Skills & Experience
Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
Experience of managing high-end luxury residential builds.
Experience of excavation, off form concrete and suspended slabs.
