Logistics Operations Manager

Pacific Rail Services is a leading provider of intermodal ramp services, handling over 8 million lifts per year. We are seeking an experienced Ramp Supervisor to oversee the coordination of terminal operations and ensure customer service levels are met.

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate the scheduling and loading/unloading of trailers and containers based on business needs
Assure personnel meet productivity goals and maintain acceptable service levels
Prioritize outbound trailer loads to meet train schedules and manage empty return programs
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
