About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Equipment Mechanic Lead to join our team at Stella-Jones' Silver Springs manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.

Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will perform a wide range of duties including immediate equipment repair, preventative maintenance, and elements of our current plant rebuild. This includes lubricating and cleaning parts, inspecting and servicing equipment, and performing maintenance on mobile equipment.

Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require three or more years of industrial maintenance experience, with a focus on electrical and hydraulics. Excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to read schematics and electrical drawings, and welding skills are also essential.
