The Customer Support Associate will work closely with customers to ensure they have the best possible experience with our marketing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
• Assist customers with equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
