Senior Software Engineer

The United Software Group is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join its team in support of the Operational Services Division (OSD) applications. This role will involve serving on the OSD/A&F IT technical team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.

Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
Design and implement relational database models/schemas to meet business requirements.
Test and validate all code to ensure accurate results.
Manage security, permissions, and access to applications and related services.
Provide day-to-day administration, support, and monitoring of applications and related services.

Qualifications and Requirements
Masters' degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 7 years of experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
2+ years of experience in SSIS.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2017/201+.
Expert-level JavaScript/jQuery skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience with REST Web API.
Experience with advanced query design, stored procedures, views, and functions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
