Title: Mainframe Developer

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid 3 Days a week onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Provisioning and RACF Administrator with at least 5 years of IT experience and a strong background in mainframe systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and provisioning access within mainframe environments and possess a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This position requires someone with excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provision and deprovision access within mainframe environments, with a focus on RACF (Resource Access Control Facility).
Manage Identity Governance and Identity Lifecycle processes to ensure smooth access control operations.
Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues, particularly with non-technical staff.
Demonstrate initiative by actively managing tickets and delivering results without needing constant direction.
Display a strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users to resolve issues quickly.
Work in a team to execute IAM tasks, ensuring the timely and efficient handling of all requests.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in mainframe environments.
Strong experience with mainframe provisioning and RACF management.
Experience in Identity Governance or Identity Lifecycle Management (at least 3 years).
Proven ability to troubleshoot and communicate technical issues to non-technical users.
Experience working with end users to resolve issues and get them productive.
Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative; ability to execute tasks efficiently without needing constant supervision.
Comfortable in a role requiring both technical skills and customer service interaction.
