Job Title: Senior LLM Software Engineer
Salary Range: $160,000 - $260,000

Join OpenStore as a Senior LLM Software Engineer where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge language models to revolutionize our e-commerce platform. You'll be at the forefront of applying AI technology to enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and drive innovation in the e-commerce space. Collaborate with a team of exceptional engineers to define and execute the technical aspects of our AI-driven vision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design, develop, and deploy large language models (LLMs) to solve complex e-commerce challenges.
Optimize LLM performance, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and accuracy for production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM solutions into our existing e-commerce platform.
Develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines for LLMs, from data preprocessing to model deployment.
Contribute to the future architecture of key AI systems and frameworks, balancing innovation and reliability.
Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM technology and assess their applicability to our projects.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping our AI technology strategy and roadmap.

WHAT YOU HAVE
5-8+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on machine learning and NLP.
Strong expertise in designing, training, and deploying LLMs using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries and tools.
Experience in scaling AI models for production use cases, with a focus on performance optimization and robustness.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience with e-commerce platforms or the Shopify ecosystem is a plus.
