We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Application Support Specialist to provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and maintenance for software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AngularJS/Typescript, .NET Core, database management, and IT infrastructure. This role requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills to ensure the seamless functioning of critical applications.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

AngularJS / Typescript (Version 15 or greater).
.NET C# API Services Core (Docker experience preferred).
GitHub Action Workflow for CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in Postgres and SQL databases, with strong SQL query language skills.
Experience managing and monitoring MS Windows scheduling tasks and services.
Familiarity with AWS services, including cloud infrastructure management and deployment, is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in software application support or a similar technical role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for application and system issues.
Proficiency in Confluence for process documentation and collaboration.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system integration.
Excellent documentation skills for creating clear and detailed software process documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for software applications, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AngularJS/Typescript, .NET Core API services, and database queries.
Manage and monitor MS Windows scheduling tasks and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and document system changes.
Maintain clear and detailed process documentation using tools like Confluence.
Proactively monitor application performance and implement improvements as needed.
Assist in deploying and managing applications in AWS environments.
