Job Description
Busey Bank is seeking a senior Cybersecurity Professional to lead our IT Audit and Compliance efforts as Head of Cybersecurity and Risk Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cybersecurity and IT Audit, with experience in scoping and testing, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing IT audit programs
- Managing assigned audits in various IT areas
- Providing guidance to internal clients on IT operations and processes
- Evaluating operational efficiency and offering recommendations for improvement

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, able to direct and review the work of others. They will also possess a strong understanding of Cybersecurity principles and practices.
