About the Role

The Private Client Banker is a key member of the Key Private Client Program, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences and providing financial guidance to individuals with up to $2M in investable assets. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

• Listens for clues on financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provides effective and customized financial recommendations to clients; Delivers on client solutions through referring investment and insurance products.
• Consistently meets individual activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
• Builds a client referral pipeline via identification and development of internal and external centers of influence; Employs a disciplined approach to prospecting; documents calling efforts.
