Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure profitability
• Lead weekly/monthly sales meetings and implement bank policies
• Manage risk, compliance, and financial losses within guidelines
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff to achieve goals
• Drive sales of bank products to deepen customer relationships
• Represent the bank in the community and participate in local events
