Environmental Services Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Services Department Manager to join our team at Idaho State Job Bank. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our housekeeping staff, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients.

• Leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
• Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:
• A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Compliance with COVID-1+ vaccination policies and ability to work around food and cleaning products
