In this position, you will work closely with our team to maintain high-quality patient data and support the delivery of compassionate care. You will also be responsible for communicating significant findings to leadership and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Sorting, scanning, and uploading medical records to EHRS.
Navigating internal systems to ensure seamless workflow.
Maintaining standardized documentation and template rules for EHRs.
Linking and associating orders and encounters with uploaded records.
Producing accurate and precise work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.
Intermediate Medical Terminology knowledge preferred.
RHIA or RHIT certification preferred.
At least one year of experience in HIM services in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
