Logistics Supervisor

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Logistics Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your exceptional leadership skills and attention to detail will enable you to lead and motivate teams of warehouse associates and beneficiaries.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse associates and beneficiaries, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all merchandise is priced correctly and meets the required standards.
Security and Safety: Ensure that all security protocols are followed and that the warehouse is maintained in a safe and secure manner.
Requirements:
Education: GED or better.
Experience: 1 year in a warehouse environment and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Skill: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
