About You
You have a High School degree or equivalent required.
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in front desk reception or in customer service.
You have the ability to document incidents and complete paperwork accurately.
You can read, understand, and apply language from manuals, policies, technical procedures, and instructions.
You have demonstrated customer service and reception skills.
You read, communicate orally, and write in English.
You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
