• Plan and execute high-quality Continental cuisine tailored to the client’s preferences. • Manage daily meal preparation for the client, guests, and household staff. • Ensure the use of premium ingredients while maintaining dietary requirements. • Oversee kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety standards. • Innovate and curate seasonal menus with diverse culinary experiences. • Handle grocery sourcing, vendor coordination, and inventory management. • Maintain discretion and adaptability to dynamic schedules and travel needs. • Collaborate with household staff for seamless dining experiences and event catering. • Stay updated with global culinary trends and techniques. • Deliver a luxury dining experience with precision, consistency, and creativity.
