Streamline Check-In and Check-Out Process: Ensure a seamless experience for guests by efficiently processing check-ins and check-outs, as well as handling room assignments and key card distribution.
Answer Phones and Handle Requests: Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and handle guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
