Software Developer - Growth Initiatives

You will be part of our Engineering team responsible for building innovative products and infrastructure for Brex and our customers. As a Backend Growth Engineer, you will help unlock new verticals by designing and building highly efficient and scalable funnels. You will create intelligent systems to optimize conversion rates and drive operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering end-to-end features in Kotlin and Retool
Maintaining quality through test coverage & code reviews
Supporting our growth systems in production
Utilizing A/B testing for data-driven decision-making to optimize funnels
Mentoring and supporting other developers on the team
Collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives
