Event Marketing Manager, Third Party Sponsorships

Pendo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Manager to take our industry conferences and trade shows to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of industry conferences and trade shows that Pendo attends
Develop creative, boundary-pushing booth concepts and interactive experiences that differentiate our brand and drive meaningful engagement
Own event logistics, including vendor management, booth design, staffing schedules, and budget tracking
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create targeted pre-event outreach campaigns to drive booth traffic and secure high-value meeting opportunities
Manage lead capture, follow-up processes, and post-event reporting to maximize pipeline generation and conversion rates
Implement data-driven approaches to track and analyze event performance
Identify new event opportunities and negotiate sponsorships that align with our business objectives
