Digital Marketing Manager

The Integrated Communications and Marketing Group includes Membership, Content and Editorial, Customer Experience, External Relations, Brand Strategy and Strategic Communications. We manage AARP's reputation, drive engagement and member growth, and showcase our mission and value through one integrated voice.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to acquire and renew members through non-traditional digital media marketing channels outside of search, social, and programmatic display. This includes managing private inventory, overseeing placements with external publishers, and executing campaigns.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing communications and outreach strategies, managing organizational digital properties, optimizing online channels, and developing strategic partnerships across the enterprise.

This role requires expertise in direct response marketing strategies, particularly in campaign execution, tracking, and reporting. Proficiency in analytics software such as Adobe Marketing Cloud tools is essential.

A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience in direct response marketing, and the ability to learn new marketing and analytics software.
