Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 3 years of continuous Early Childhood Education (birth to 5-years-old) Center Director experience in a licensed facility with at least 100 enrolled students
Experience managing at least 30 employees in a licensed Early Childhood Education (birth to 5-years-old) facility
A thorough knowledge of WA Licensing regulations (WACs) for childcare centers and a great understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
The ability to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
