Role Description


This is a full-time on-site Site Supervisor role located in Sydney, NSW. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.



Qualifications


Construction Management, Building, or Engineering background
Experience in site supervision, subcontractor management, and project coordination
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Trade licence is highly prefered
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Times management and organizational skills
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., White Card, First Aid)
