ANDCREATIVES is looking for a Freelance Marketing Specialist to join us on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent employee role based on performance. This is a self-employed position, ideal for a digital marketing professional who can manage multiple client accounts and drive results through Meta & Google advertising, SEO, and creative content creation.



Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage Multiple Client Accounts – Oversee and implement marketing strategies for various clients

✅ Paid Advertising – Plan, create, and optimise ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & Google Ads

✅ SEO Strategy – Improve website visibility through effective SEO practices

✅ Ad Creatives & Content – Design engaging ad creatives and craft compelling ad copy

✅ Analytics & Optimisation – Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and refine strategies for better results

✅ Client Communication – Provide updates, reports, and insights to clients on campaign performance



What We’re Looking For:

???? Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, and SEO

???? Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise workload effectively

???? Expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (PPC, audience targeting, retargeting)

???? Creative & Strategic Mindset – Ability to design eye-catching ad creatives and craft compelling content

???? SEO Knowledge – Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO strategies

???? Self-Starter – Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive measurable results



Contract Details:

PAY RANGE PER MONTH - £1000 - £1600

Depending on experience.
