Job Overview: We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic workshop team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of preparation, diagnosis, repair, and servicing of both sales stock and customer vehicles. Mazda or Peugeot experience would be beneficial, however, not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled vehicle services, maintenance, and repair work in line with manufacturer, company, and safety standards.
• Perform thorough examinations of vehicles to diagnose defects, utilising advanced knowledge of vehicle technologies.
• Ensure efficient labour management by completing jobs within the allocated timeframes.
• Prepare new and used car stock mechanically for presentation and sale.
• Undertake vehicle road testing to ensure quality service delivery from start to finish.

Candidate Profile:
• Must have completed an apprenticeship and be fully qualified as a Vehicle Technician.
• Possess diagnostic and electrical experience, complemented by proficient computer skills.
• Exhibit a great attitude with a commitment to quality working standards.
• Hold a full, clean UK Driving License.
• Reside within a 20-mile radius of Perth.

Working Hours:
• 44 hours per week.
• Opportunity for overtime.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Basic Salary: £36,500 based on experience (44-hour week).
• On-target Earnings (OTE): £40,500 (including bonuses).
• Manufacturer backed training.
